Working principles of the horizontal scraper centrifuge machine
When the rotating drum operates at high speed, the material enters the drum through the feeding tube and the blade ejects the liquid and debris onto the drum wall. The liquid will be filtered out through the filter under the action of centrifugal force and will be ejected onto the outer shell, and finally discharged from the drainage pipe of the chassis. What remains is the filter cake. When the thickness of the filter cake reaches the maximum volume of the equipment, close the feed valve, the horizontal scraper centrifuge begins to rotate at high speed, accelerating to the rate of liquid removal, and begins the dewatering operation. When the drainage pipe no longer has liquid flowing out, the material will be dried and then the scraper unloading operation will begin, scraping the material off. Thus, the entire process is completed.
