A centrifuge is a mechanical device that uses centrifugal force to achieve solid-liquid separation, which is called centrifugal solid liquid separator. At present, according to the classification of filter media, centrifuges can be divided into media-type centrifuges and non-medium-type centrifuges. Among them, a centrifuge that relies on a filter cloth or a filter screen to achieve separation through the action of centrifugal force is a media-type centrifuge.
The difference between a non-medium centrifuge and a media-containing centrifuge is that there is no hole or filter (cloth) on the drum. When it is working, the suspension rotates at a high speed in the drum. Due to the different specific gravity of the solid and liquid phases, The centrifugal force generated is also different, and the separation of solid and liquid is realized.
The first is to develop a special centrifuge to meet the customized needs of customers
The second is to develop an integrated centrifuge to meet the diverse separation requirements of customers.
Finally, at the third level, let us talk about the intelligent integration of external technologies.
The first is the research and application of new materials and new processes. With technological progress, new materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastic, carbon fiber, engineering plastics, ceramics, and alloys will likely replace stainless steel. For this reason, we must continue to research and explore, improve the separation factor and maximum loading capacity of the centrifuge, increase the single-machine output of the centrifuge, and maximize the efficiency.
The second is the application of smart sensors and smart devices. This has a huge effect on the centrifuge because there are many problems in the automatic continuous production process of the centrifuge. The use of smart sensors and smart devices can effectively improve the problems.
The third is the application of Internet of Things technology and cloud platform technology. With the advancement of current machinery manufacturing technology, hydraulic pressure, pneumatic technology, and PLC and DCS electrical control technology, centrifuges have realized fully automated continuous production operations, and pharmaceutical companies have basically realized DCS distributed control. Saideli is preparing to establish a cloud platform technology center.
Summarizing the road of intelligent manufacturing of Saideli is the intelligent transformation of the product itself; the intelligent customization of customer needs; the intelligent integration of external technologies. There are nine aspects, namely:
