Equipped with an online cleaning system, which cleans the inner wall of the decanter separator shell, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, the surface of the liquid collection tank, and other invisible parts inside the centrifuge to ensure that the cleanliness meets the requirements and specifications. The frame and shell are integrally welded, with high bearing capacity. Equipped with liquid shock absorbers, the shock absorption effect is good, and daily maintenance is simplified. The base adopts a flat structure, which reduces the center of gravity of the machine and reduces the installation space. The flat bottom can be used as a control platform, making operation more convenient. The screw decanter centrifuge has a reasonable structural design, smooth transition of structural components, smooth surface, and effectively eliminates hygiene dead corners. The external structural parts and fasteners are made of stainless steel. The shell is clamshell-shaped and can clean the sandwich space between the centrifugal shell and the drum.

Process flow of decanter separator

  • The application of environmental protection mainly refers to the dehydration of sludge generated in the process of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment. Wastewater treatment is a problem that many enterprises will consider when building factories, so it is crucial to master the process flow of wastewater treatment using the decanter separator.

  • The sewage enters the oil separation tank first to remove large particles and floating oil before entering the regulating tank.

  • Automatic grille: set up a grille to remove large particles and impurities in the sewage to ensure the continuous operation of the subsequent treatment equipment, and manually process the grille residue regularly.

  • After removing floating objects, the sewage enters the regulating tank. A submersible sewage pump is set in the regulating tank to lift the sewage, and a stirring system is installed in the regulating tank to stir and prevent the sewage from settling.

  • The primary sedimentation tank is used to precipitate and remove inorganic particles in the sewage to reduce the subsequent treatment load.

  • Under anaerobic conditions, organic pollutants are hydrolyzed and acidified under the action of microorganisms. Organic pollutants with large molecular weight such as fat and protein are hydrolyzed into small molecular weight organic pollutants such as fatty acids and alcohols. On the other hand, the anaerobic reactor can control the oxygen supply according to seasonal process operation requirements. It can be used as an anaerobic tank or an aerobic tank, and the decanter separator realizes flexible operation control to ensure that the treatment effect meets the requirements.

  • The biochemical treatment part adopts the contact aerobic treatment process, which is a widely used and mature treatment process. The process has a high removal rate for organic pollutants, not only can effectively reduce BOD5, but also can effectively remove ammonia nitrogen.

  • It adopts a biological contact oxidation pond. The biofilm surface area of this pond is large and can adsorb a large amount of organic matter in wastewater, and its oxidation capacity is strong. While organic matter is decomposed, the organic bodies of microorganisms are constantly growing and proliferating, increasing the number of biofilms. Due to the aging and death of microorganisms on the biofilm, the biofilm will fall off the surface of the filter material and then flow out of the pool with the wastewater. Due to the adsorption effect of the biofilm, a thin layer of water is often attached to its surface. Organic matter in water is oxidized by the biofilm, and its concentration is much lower than that in the influent of the filter. Therefore, when wastewater flows on the surface of the filter material, organic matter will be transferred from the moving wastewater to the water attached to the surface of the biofilm, and further absorbed by the biofilm.
