The automatic drop-type discharge dewatering centrifuge has fan-shaped openings on the bottom of the drum and the chassis of the shell, and a hopper with a large taper at the lower part of the openings on the chassis of the machine. The discharge control mechanism is a pneumatic valve. When the machine is running, the pneumatic valve is closed. After the separation is completed, the main engine decelerates or stops, and the solid falls by gravity while the pneumatic valve opens the hopper to discharge. This discharge method is especially suitable for washing and dewatering of small metal products and unloading of bulk materials.

2. Fabrication and installation of filter bags

The filter type dewatering centrifuge needs to be equipped with a filter bag, and the sedimentation type does not need to be equipped with a filter bag. The filter bag is determined by the user according to the physical and chemical properties of the separation medium and separation requirements. The type of filter cloth (net) is configured by the user. Determine the size of each part of the filter bag according to the relevant dimensions of each part of the inner surface of the centrifugal dewatering drum. When designing the filter bag, the sewing allowance and extension allowance must be considered to ensure that the filter bag is not affected by the material and centrifugal force. If it is damaged, if the filter cloth is made of canvas and other materials, the shrinkage margin of the filter bag should also be considered.

Nylon and other filter cloths must be pretreated before sewing to prevent them from being lost. Each seam must be sewn twice to ensure firm sewing and no leakage. Put the sewn filter bag into the drum. The filter bag must be flat and compliant, and there must be a certain margin in the direction of diameter and height (slightly larger than the inner section of the drum) to avoid damage.
