Hygienic Powder Butterfly Valve A valve designed for powder processing with high hygiene standards.
The hygienic powder butterfly valve is an evolution of the traditional butterfly valve, offering a hygienic, simple design with low maintenance costs. It consists of two precision-machined body halves, a butterfly disc, and an inflatable seal. It is designed to intercept the flow of bulk solid products (powders, granules, etc.). Its fundamental design makes it particularly suitable for applications requiring high hygiene levels, ease of use, and stringent cleaning and maintenance requirements. The inflatable seal ensures excellent tightness and prevents the dispersion of elastomer particles into the product.
